I am not familiar with how the system is set up in the 93's.

You report that the pumps didn't run when you turned on the ignition, so I assume that you are accustomed to hearing the pumps cycle when you turn the ignition on?

If you normally hear the pumps and they did not run when the car would not crank I would suspect the ignition switch.
