blown fuses a tale of no stalling - not starting - dissapointment and frustration 700

My 760 turbo won't start after a week of stalling randomly. I also have had the #1 fuse to the fuel pump short several times. I put in a new fuse holder and the fuse in now OK but still no start. I do not hear any click in the fuel pump relay. I do hear a click in the small relay in the front left of the relay tray. The radio suppression relay is also clicking when I plug it in. I have a new heat sink, radio suppression relay, rotor and there is a spark to all plugs. I suspect the fuel pump relay. The tach. needle did not die during stalls and the hall sensor plug in seems fine. Any suggestions are welcome. I have spent hours on this problem but can not get the car to start. I have a fuel pump relay ordered and have prayers going up that it will solve my problem.
