Need diagram of fuel tank & connections 700/900 700 1991

I failed the California smog gauntlet today.
Everything was fine except the new fuel tank vacuum test. There is a leak somewhere and I can't find it.
I pulled the inspection cover in the trunk and there is a device that has a hose attached, but only one, and it has no other connection. What is it? Should there be something else attached?

Is there anywhere else that there could be an air leak? I can't smell fuel anywhere and the nylon hose forward to the evap. canister is in good condition.
Does anyone have a diagram of the entire fuel system? I have a '91 780 but a diagram from any IRS 700 turbo, or 900 turbo should suffice
Thanks
TR Conn
