well, thanks to all, these are all good ideas. The 740 is $500 and he seems to need to sell, so maybe I'll make him an offer.
The turbo actually Is $1000. He's going to put in the pump and see how it runs, then I'll check it out further. I'm waiting to see what I get as a settlement from my wreck, written up below.
