Rear cam plug, is there any options to OEM plug 200

I had a rear cam plug blow out once. It was an amazing set of circumstances, as I just drove up to the 245 with the blown cam plug as the wife was getting in the car. She said it had just happened in the parking lot. Luckily, she was smart enough to not drive it. I just so happened to drive into that lot, we had no cell phones then, and she had called home but I wasn't there.

Anyway, to my point. I seem to remember an option to the rubber coated metal plug that is OEM. I want something in there that won't blow out 100 miles from home. Does anyone make a permanent fix for this weak link/poor design. Weall know what oil does to rubber....
