240 Tail light woes 200 1993

Moose, Did you try replacing the socket ? I have found the sockets to appear to have good contacts, only to find out that due to the soft plastic the scoket is made of , it is possible to overtighten the bulb in the brake light socket and result in a failure. Even if it were the circuit board, which I understand is rare, You can pick one up for $35-40 bucks on line- seems a little less drastic than hard wiring .
