Rubber caps on the sides of vacuum tank 200

I wanted to change the rubber grommets/caps which are on the sides of vacuum tank as well as on the valve which provides one way suction from the engine.
In my car they have started to leak , causing an air leak.

Is there any other alternative? it looks like a dealer only part, now the part might be cheap but dealer is far away. I tried epoxy putty to permanently set those tiny steel conduits in the tank (without rubber caps) but it did not work

Regards
