That is NOT a 164 tranny. The throwout fork on a 164 is mounted on a heavy transverse shaft below the
centerline and is operated by an arm welded to the shaft on the driver's side of the bellhousing (outside).
So you have indeed got a tranny that WILL work on a B18/B20! Mighty rare!
