ok.. you're getting there. I don't see driveshaft on your list... any chance of getting that from your donor car?

Flanges... might be easier to swap the one on the rear. Depends on your final driveshaft choice.

Since you're going from auto to manual, you'll be needing pedals. That wide brake pedal can be cut, but of course you'll need a clutch pedal, and ideally the whole pedal box, as there is a reinforcement not present in your car. You can add such reinforcement and use it.

I assume your M410 has a J type overdrive.. so the relay is optional. You will need a switch. and be sure your remote shift transmission cover has the 4 gear sensor switch in place.

Those are things that come to mind first...
