Indicator lights out after timing belt change 200

1993 Volvo 240 140k miles. I had the timing belt changed as preventative maintenance. Now the all but the check engine and oil pressure indicator lights don't work. I'm thinking it has something to do with a bad ground or wonky alternator brushes . ( Car is still charging at 13.4v )

Or is the 1993 wiring bundle near the crank pulley prone to insulation breakdown , like happened on my 1983 240 ?
