Power Windows Shorted Out & A/C Blowing Warm (Happened Simultaneously) 200 1992

Two days ago my a/c went hot and my power windows stopped working. My windows have cut out a couple of times over the past few months, but never for more than one or two start up's. My car also decided to stall out in the middle of the intersection about a month ago for no reason. I don't know if there are fuses I should be checking, or where I would even start looking for those. My entire A/C system is only 8 months old, so I don't think it's something directly related. Whenever I have random problems that happen at the same time I never really know what I should be checking. Any suggestions would be really appreciated, especially since it's about to get really hot here in Phoenix. :)
