1992 volvo manifold bolts

I have a 1992 volvo 940 Gl that recently just had an exhaust leak from the manifold. Reason being was a broken off manifold bolt. In the process of taking off manifold, I broke off another bolt and was wondering if anyone on here can give me some advice on the best way to go about tapping the bolts out? Thanks RM.
