So like I am in the process of building a wiring harness for my fog lights, and I am looking at the fuse box that Volvo provides under the hood, and I spy this MYSTERY WIRE tucked up under the fender, I pulled it out and had a look at it and see nothing in the area unconnected. It has a number on the connection which is T 688414. Any idea its purpose???? The vehicle is a 1971 142E
