Worth Restoring? 140-160 1971

About 1 year ago I started a thread titled "Emotional Crossroads" about the decision between saving a 145 bodyshell with some rust or turning into a parts car. You can look up this thread to get some background.

I got lots of good advice, even a suggestion to seek therapy. Didn't seek therapy, but did takes lots of photos of the car as someone requested. The photos are neatly arranged in a word document at this link: ftp://ftp.ecitele.com/outgoing/Volvo_1971_145.doc

Putting the cost vs. value equation aside, see if you think the structure is in good enough shape to warrant fixing.
