IPD Sway Bars and the Volvo Over-Axle Exhuast Kit 200 1990

Next week, I will be replacing the exhaust system on my '90 sedan from the exhaust manifold back, using a Volvo over-axle exhaust kit. A few months ago, I bought a '77 wagon. It's in very sad shape, but it does have nice turbo wheels and IPD sways. I want to swap those onto my sedan after the exhaust work is done.

On IPD's site, there is one sway bar kit (25mm/25mm) sold for "240 Sedan 1975-1976 with exhaust OVER the rear axle." The other two kits (25mm/22mm and 25mm/25mm) are sold for "vehicles with exhaust UNDER the rear axle." I assume the "over-axle" and "under-axle" distinction obviously has something to do with the shape and dimensions of the rear bar.

Both of my cars currently have under-axle exhaust systems. I assume my rear IPD sway bar is, therefore, the "under-axle" type.

Has anyone encountered any interference issues between IPD's "under axle" sway bars and Volvo's current over-axle exhaust kits? Or is this a total non-issue?

If I know it's going to save me aggravation later, I would gladly swap a new under-axle intermediate pipe for Volvo's over-axle pipe before I install the new exhaust system. I understand that the over-axle pipes can generally be a PITA to fit right in the first place.

One other piece of information: I rebushed the sedan with poly bushings a couple of years ago and will be installing new shocks prior to doing the exhaust work. So the axle should sit where it's supposed to, relative to everything else.
