B234F burning #4 exhaust valves 700

I burnt both #4 exhaust valves. rebuilt. reburnt. rebuilt with new oversize exhaust valve guides. Broke the oil pump bolt. bent 8 valves, valves burning. I can rebuild again but really need to find out why the #4 jug is burning the valves. It looks like oil.
