New rebuilt SU's - not quite 140-160

So, upon disassembling the intake/exhaust I found the rear-most stud already broken in the block - so it's not just the rusty exhaust pipes and mufflers making the car so loud. EDIT - This is a glaring hint that I totally ignored!!! Then, when just beginning to snug a nut onto one of the center outlets with a quarter inch drive and you can't really get in there anyway and another breaks off - I quote "You didn't really just ..." - sigh - expletive, expletive.

I have every faith the one I broke will come out pretty easily as it had a healthy dose of Nevr-Seez on it but the other one may not prove so cooperative. I am going to pre-emptively buy a heli-coil - not to mention a new set of hardened studs.

Volvo 1, me 0.
