142 on E-bay again 140-160

It's a tough decision, but I have another fun weekend car and no space/time for two.
I am only getting about 20 mpg's, less than 300 miles on a tank. I know I need to play with either the jets or the needles on the Mikunis but where to start? Maybe I will get better mileage w/o ruining the runing/ power deliver etc. (I know I am currently running too rich, but just leaning it out gives me a flat spot in initial acceleration.
Maybe I am just getting lazy and tired of tweaking the car?
The fog lights are the middle two on top. I tried them on the bottom, but they throw a better pattern from the top. They come in great for picking up deer along the side of the road. The bottom set of driving lights are great from there. They throw a long road level beam, also great for picking out deer up ahead. Around here deer along the roads have become a major hazard, especially at night or in the early hours when I am going to work. The only real problem with all the lights is that I usually end up behind someone or have some oncoming traffic so I have to keep the driving ones off most of the time.
