My '79 242 hates summer heat by stalling and hesitating after it gets hot. Help!! 200 1979

Hello, Art and other friends. This '79 that I had issues with, and fixed with all of your help a couple of months back, was all good until the hot weather hit. In fact, it always hates hot weather and wants to hesitate and stall and only after it warms up. I can't figure it out. Everything seems right. Plugs look good. Oil is good. Filters good. Cranks immediately, but drive it a bit in warm weather and chug, stall, chug, stall. I closed off the hot air from the exhaust manifold with no changes. I am in North Carolina and we get lots of warm days now. Out of five 240's this is the only one that gives me these problems. It is a 242 DL Lambda Sond automatic. Pretty basic. Please help.
