torque rods 200

Hello,

My 86 240GL is really wobbly at the rear on acceleration from the stop. After analyzing the cost vs difficulty and likely impact, I bought the set of polyurethane bushings for torque rods. Now I can easily wiggle torque rods which I suppose telling about bushings disintegration. I never worked on suspension before and in the manual there is not much details, only that I have to torque them after putting the the car on wheels. How technically difficult/possible to do the torque rods removal/installation without a lift? Exhaust seems to be on the way of removal the left one.. There is 18mm bolt and nut on the axle housing mount but is the nut welded into frame on the body side? With all these undercoat is hard to see...

Thanks for your comments! - Serge
