heya, separate question regarding my brakes:

when i spin the wheels while car is jacked up, i notice that essentially on the front ones (haven't done so on rear) they don't freewheel for more than half a second, and you can hear friction. are my calipers frozen?

also the left front one moreso than the right front one is a little wobbley. what causes that wobble? it almost feels as if the wheel isn't screwed on tight enough, but maybe it's a bushing or the ball end joint or the loose tie rod or something....can you feel me? just gently pushing on wheel indicates looseness, no force required.
