What can you call this situation? 200

So I scored a complete set of 81-85 manual mirrors...($13)
They were there. I like the simple design. And after testing getting in and out of the 84 at the junkyard I noticed my knee never really hit the adjuster stalk. (I'm 6'3") and this was a joy... "Finally I don't have to adjust my mirror eveytime I sit in the car!"
That was yesterday...
Now comes this morning, while walking around my car to go to work, I noticed a smashed Bud Ice 40oz sitting just in front of my driver's door. Then I examined the pieces as to why it looks like someone just dropped it there. We live in the 2nd house from a 150acre park and my sidewalk is the getting polished from the foot traffic. We see all sorts of people every 5 minutes.
Then I saw the side mirror flopped inward... pulled it out... spider webs!

SO what do you call this? Self-fulfilling prophecy? (LOL)
Reverse Luck?

It escapes me...
