Stuttering and choking Psychotic behaviour 200

Hey Yall,

I have a 87 245 DL. While driving it will start stuttering, losing power and seems like its briefly running on 1-2 cylinders and then back to normal. Its been cutting off too, then it will restart immediately. Also, when I go in reverse the engine power will pulse. Rrrrr, Rrrrrr, Rrrrrr, and my head gets whipped back and forth...lol

I had some new Bosch quad plugs that didnt work at all and made my car run on 1 cylinder at start up. I took those back and replaced them with bosch single pin platinums which work great.

Could these run issues be a fuel pump going out? I just put a new fuel filter on. Ignition system has newer high power coil, new cap and rotor, wires etc.
