Front bumper cover/air dam 200

The air dam is present but is pretty beat up and it flops all over the place. I can see some (rusted of course) clips at the front upper edge of it that are loose, but the holes in the air dam are torn out, so I guess I need to find a replacement.

I've looked at the usual parts sites and don't see anything specific to the air dam, clip-wise. Are these the same as the clips for the bumper cover?

Also: Rock Auto has replacement front bumper covers for $55. Some day, but not today.
