Thanks Bruce, I checked the fuel injectors yesterday and put all new o rings in. I also changed the intake manifold gasket several months ago. I think the knock sensor signal is causing my 2 3 2 code. I think the car is running too rich as after putting my finger to exhaust and sniffing, it smells a bit like gasoline. I have a spare fuel pressure regulator from a volvo 240, not the same as the regina, but according to many posts on this site can be used with no problem. I'm thinking of swapping that, clearing codes, and see what happens.

I will go out with the propane and give everything a shot.
