I turn my key, but it doesn't always turn over.

I replaced with a bosch starter around Christmas.

I think it particularly happens when it is hot, but not sure.

So, I get in the car and turn the key and nothing happens. Sometimes I come back and it is fine. At other times I hold the key, try again and it pops. Lately it is getting less reliable, but fortunately I have not been stranded.

Any suggestions?
