should I get it or not? 200

Here it is...http://atlanta.craigslist.org/pts/1193175927.html

I went to check it out it seemed okay body wise and so so interior wise, but the problem is is that they lost the key. I got a screwdriver and put it on the pos wires on the starter to get it to start, but it did not start. There was no spark. I checked to see if the rotor button was spinning with the cap off while I started it to see if the timing belt was good. It passed the timing belt check. I am going to test the coil tomorrow. The oil leaks because the flame trap is clogged. it spits out the flametrap hose to the manifold the owner said. I think that this might be the reason for the oil leak, and quite possibly the reason for the vacuum leak. Supposedly the car stalls out if it is not given gas hence a supposed vacuum leak. What do you guys think for 400 dollars. They knocked off 100 dollars b/c of the key and it will be 100 dollars for the lock smith to cut a new one. I would just go to the junk yard and buy another ignition switch. This car is no good to me if it isn't running I need a daily driver pronto.
