Need more help with CEL light please...ECU 556 vs. 561? Same car different CEL codes...why? 200

Still trying to get my CEL light to turn off...asking for more help here...

I have a 1989 240 with 152k. It has an original ECU #561 (pink label) throwing a 1-1-3 CEL code. I swapped it out with a ECU #556 (yellow label) from a 240 w/ 130k and it throws 2-2-1 and 2-3-1 codes. It takes about 30 minutes after I clear the codes before the light comes on again.

Other than consuming 30% more fuel than it used to, the car runs really well.

Recent work:
new FPR, O2 sensor, air filter, new starter, spark plugs changed, fuel injectors are all good, checked for leaks and cracks, etc... I think I have gone down the list here, but am really asking for more guidance please...

Can anyone help me out here? I am about to "throw in the towel", but I love my brick and really want to stop seeing that CEL lgiht!!!!!

thanks!
Rebecca
