140 Alternator / engine fan offset 120-130 1966

Does anyone know off hand what the off-set between the 140 and 122 is for the alternator?

Howdy Dylan,

Do you mean pulley alignment? I could be wrong but I don't think there is any difference in the mounting of a B20 alternator regardless of application. If equipped with AC, do not the AC double pulleys on the crankshaft and water pump align to the existing plane of the alternator?

Since you cannot keep that bolt tight (lower or upper?) you might want to give serious consideration to getting the purpose made mounting bracket, bolts, washers, nuts, and adjustment bracket from someone here on the Brickboard. There are bound to be several alternator brackets in storage just waiting for someone to ask for one. ;-)
