Fuel check valve 200 1989

My 240 takes a few seconds to start cold and I was going to replace the fuel check valve, but I couldn't find the location anywhere. Do I have to pull the fuel pump to replace it. Also, I seem to have an oil leak coming from somewhere under the exhaust manifold. Anybody have any ideas where it could be coming from?

Thanks
