Which Mobil 1 Synthetic? 200 1980

1980 244 DL with 300k on original engine (B21F) in California (temps 45'-75' F). I want to maximize gas mileage and minimize engine wear. I drive mostly city, short distances (< 5 miles one way). Wal-Mart has a sale on Mobil 1 Synthetic Engine Oil. Please advise which would be best and why: 10W-30 High Mileage; 5W-30 Truck/SUV; OW-30. Thanks in advance!
