Alternator wire 140-160 1972

Well, moved to Ohio and can't find my service for my F.I. 72 142. Charging light was intermitantly coming on and now I know why. The green wire from the regulator harness came off my alternator and I cannot figure out which pole it came off. there is now remnat of a wire commector on the alternator. Can anyone tell me whre it goes? Thanks in advance
