HELP! URGENT Electrical Problem 700

Today I got my new Hella 500s and I wired them up. For the switch i have them wired through the stock fog light switch (my model does not have fogs 󞩶 740 GL wagon]). When I went to start it, i turned the key to II and about a half-second later all the electrical in the car went out. I think this happened because the negative terminal was NOT TIGHTENED, just slid on the post. I then tightened it up and tried to start it. Electrical was back, but not the fuel pump. I check the fuses and the fuel pump fuse (11) was not blown. I then put a test light to it and there is no power to it. Help! I need my car tomorrow!!

Thanks

Benton
