Here's a photo showing the most obvious difference between the US spec B20E and B20F DJet heads. I couldn't see enough detail in your photo to determine which type you have.

If it's an unmolested "E" head, I would expect your machinist will see something like 45 to 46cc. I don't know nuthin' about "F" head chamber volumes.
