opinions of broken exhaust stud 200

upon close inspection today i have noticed there is broken exhaust manifold stud. the lower one in front. it appears to have broken off at the manifold with the distance from the head to the outside edge of the manifold hole still intact.

no leaking or noise which is why i guess i did not notice it before.

opinions please on my best course of action.

the other nuts appear nasty and the stud ends sticking out are in a few case eroded somewhat.

the engine runs perfectly so i am not happy about removing the head.

options please.
