V90 Transmission trouuble S90-V90

If I have been driving in stop and go traffic in the city, when it is hot. Then the transmission begins shifting funny, like reving too high before shifts and shifting down again, or shifting abrupt. If I let the car cool down everything is fine again. I flushed the fluid 6 months ago, and that had no effect.

Somehow I wonder if this is an electrical issue, because it shifts fine except when hot. It has 190,000 miles on it, so I'm not sure if this is the end of it's life or something fixable.

Thoughts?
