1993 940 B230FT into 1984 245Ti? 200

Is putting in a late model engine (with less than 100k mi.) and all of the accompanying changes worth it? Should I just take the long block and turbo and bolt on the intake manifold off of the B21? Is this a question for the folks at the Turbobricks forum? It seems to me like a LOT of effort to do the complete makeover, but my current 287k B21FT is getting , um, long of tooth, so to speak. It is not my daily driver, and I've got the facility and ability to do the swap. Thanks in advance for any and all comments.
