960 fuel line woes - solved??? 900 1993

I have posted a couple of times about a disconnected fuel line connection at the firewall on my 965 that was leaking every time I tried to reconnect it. Well, it was making me mad, but it appears that leaving it all to dry off for about 10 days MAY have done the trick as the lines completely dried off. It was reconnected (shockingly, by a professional mechanic who happened to drop by my house) and has not leaked since. The fact that I could have done this as well as he... well, let's just forget about that. At least there was no expense on my part. I'm crossing my fingers in hope that this continues to not leak.

:-)

thanks for all of the suggestions.
