SPARK PLUG GLUE 200 1990

Hi. I recently tried to rehab a stripped spark plug hole with a K-D inside out thread tool. The plug now goes all the way in, but the thread tap must have taken out too much material and now fully seated the plug spins with more than 1 or 2 lbs. torque.
I want to do something before the plugs pops out during driving. I read a post here about using a glue in just this kind of situation. It must have been a thread locker, but I don't remember.
Can anyone point me to that post, or suggest something based on your own experience. Thanks, jdl.
