Well....it's turned into a bit of a can of worms.

I have pulled the calipers on my 65 122 wagon to possibly rebuild them, and fix the frozen right caliper to find that the pistons are pretty rusty on the sides. New plan, buy new/rebuilt calipers. The right brake rotor is shot....the holes on the edge of the rotor are wearing through on the inside face of the rotor....way under spec. So, new rotors are due.

The plan is at this point to replace pads, hardware, rotors and calipers, rebuild the master cylinder, put in new rear cylinders and shoes.

So:

How do the rotors come off? I have a few manuals(none green), and I am still unclear on this. I have never done wheel bearings....do they hold the rotors on?
Do I need any special tools to replace the rotors if the bearings are involved. Do I need to order bearings as well(they seem smooth right now). How about the lines and hoses?
