Buying tips for 1969 164 140-160 1969

Okay all you 164 people...I would love some buying tips on the above-mentioned auto. The subject vehicle is a one owner, 135,00 mi., manual transmission with "no apparent rust". Where and what do I look for specifically on these cars as compared to just another Volvo, or even an ordinary 40 year old "Off Brand". Are there any "deal killers" that I should be aware of to look out for?
