I agree, there are no inexpensive carpet sets for the Amazon. Lack of volume sales, methinks.

Buy carpet remnants from a shop, make a template with butcher's paper, cut to size and whip the edges.

Or, install rubber matting cut to size.

All other avenues will cost more than $400.
