Coolant air bleed hose - What's proper routing? 700

I need to know the correct routing for my radiator-to-coolant tank hose. Is it supposed to be routed along the fender, or under the airbox-turbo intake hose?

It's been changed from factory, and I noticed today that it appears to have been squeezed shut when the hood was closed. It did run out of the nipple on the radiator, above the turbo-intercooler hose, to the fender, then to the coolant bottle. I moved it to under the turbo-intercooler hose, and it kinked and blocked it. Luckily I noticed it and let my car cool off, then re-positioned it slightly.

Anyone know? Also, if someone knows the ID of the hose, I would like to know, so I can replace it tomorrow. It developed a tiny crack, and I don't want it spreading.
