oil pump and bearing source 200 1993

I'm going to finally solve my flickering oil light issue now. I know that I need the pump, the 2 delivery tube seals. While I'm in there I might just replace both the connecting rod and main bearing. Please tell me if http://www.vlvworld.com is the best source. I assume that all their parts are Volvo brand (OEM). Price is: pump $192, rod bearing kit $43, main bearing kit $98. There are two different main bearing kits on their website: std for 88-93 or "undersize 0.020 inch/0.50mm". Which one do I need? Thanks. Oh, many thanks to Art Benstein for the wonderful pictural writeup. Erwin
