B20F?? 140-160

That could very well be a US spec B20B head from a '72 145.
There were very few US spec cars that had the B20B head with the 44 mm intake valves, and in the US, the standard config for a 142/144 was D-Jet FI, but the wagon had the B20B with SU HIF6 carbs as stock config and FI as an option for some of the model year. The motor was 9.3:1 compression, but used a 0.070 thick gasket, which if used an 0.028 gasket and a 0.030 mill went to 11.1:1 compression, IIRC. This B20B is also identifiable by the one-piece cast iron manifold without the secondary throttles and central mixing chamber, and has larger dia and shorter runners than the early B20B manifolds, and used the ring inserts.
It makes for a fine performance motor, as I used one of these for a 144 build-up.
