FCP Groton Introduction

Well I'll just point out why I've stopped ordering from FCP Groton: the web site. It's archaic and poorly organized compared to the previous iteration. Applications for various parts aren't filled in completely. IIRC, finding strut mounts for an 88 760 was impossible as long as I had selected "88 760".

In the past I'd been able to use e-mail to inquire about various oddball parts (hey, you guys stocked a Peugeot diesel water pump...) and place orders with minimal hassle.

With the web site in a state of unfriendliness, I tried to fall back on e-mail to get my order fulfilled. Unfortunately that too seemed to get lost in the shuffle, and Nick gave me the brush off.

I'll tell ya what. The more effort I've got to spend to place an order, the less likely I am to place that order.
