Hey spasske,

Well, my socket itself as far as I know is a.o.k. I put about 30,000 miles on the new fuel pump relay before it failed on me. I do a lot of driving with the car (delivering pizza) so the miles add up quickly. I got the relay from a large retail auto parts store. My mechanic told me that some of the aftermarket ones don't hold up as well as OE Volvo relays. Go figure!
