I got your email Brendan. I hope your issues with your account and the site are clearing up for you. Also, if there's any doubt, please know that I (and I'm sure all other responders) are replying with only the best intentions.

I can't say much for FCPGroton when it comes to the mail order side. I use the website often to gauge what my parts are going to cost me. Yes it is clumsy but it's not that bad. I prefer the format that Rock Auto uses. My only real quasi complaint is that the price at the counter rarely matches what is listed on the website. If I push the issue I can usually get the lower price, but I don't like to be a jerk about it. I often wonder how separate are the storefront and mailorder businesses. I understand that the mailorder business works out of a separate location in Saybrook.
