What has happened to FCP Groton 200

I have always ordered my parts from FCP Groton. Good service, fast shipping and good prices. It seeems recently that the service and quality has gone downhill from a company I never had any problems with to receiving defective and the wrong parts on my last three orders. Has the company changed hands, where's those friendly emails from Nick you get with every order. Is this just another case of someone buying the name and now giving sub par service or am i the recipient of a string of bad coincidences. Anyway just needed to vent because it now looks like it will several more days before I get the calipers I need and I get grumpy without my brick.
