FCP Groton Introduction

I have been a reasonably satisfied customer for many years, there have been a few problems that were quickly resolved.

I recently recommended FCP to a friend who has ordered several times from you also. He has had considerably more problems than I have had in the past. He has had to pay return postage on parts FCP either shipped in error or was damaged upon receipt. He was told the quality of the Uro strut mounts was equal to the SKF brand? Most on this board would argue that statement.

I order parts from FCP as well as venders and as with many on this board I am interested in top quality parts from a business with top quality customer service. I have read a lot more complaints recently from people who do not feel FCP is not living up to their past reputation. I hope this will be taken as constructive criticism and will be used to improve the way FCP does business.
